Worse landlord EVER!!!
Joe steele is a rude lying manipulating person! A few of the things I went through while renting... Complained multiple months that the ac unit is having an issue and he kept stating that when the temp gets up to 90+ all AC units freeze and stop working, he said there was no ac unit out that can cool a house at 90+ degrees. After multiple months with high bills and more issues I just walk in one day and it's changed no compensation or even apology. Another problem I had was a gave him multiple warnings that his fridge was going bad. He comes over says it's fine and it goes out later in the week. Not only do I lose all my food but the replacement he brings over had a molded up freezer that he expected us to clean! If u rent from this man you will regret it!!!!
