Actual email from realtor in quotations. You judge if this is a professional realtor? This was in a response to a property he listed on craigslist. It had no address listed, and no phone number. I was not able to find it on MLS.
"It's listed but not my listing - If you want details call me - It's not going to do me any good if I provide you with all the information I have on the property and you are working witn another agent".
