Very unprofessional

I called to speak with Mr. Cross concerning best practices of home inspectors. I was asking about his personal experience and if he'd heard of this situation before. He interrupted me before I was done and said I'm not interested in doing the job. It's too far and I'm not interested. Not one time did I ask him for his services. I was simply asking for his professional opinion. I've worked with too many inspectors to count and have never come across someone so blatantly rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend bothering him seeing as how he can't even help with one question.
