Don't rent anything this company is managing...
She has very poor people skills.You will have to make multiple calls to get assistance with repairs. Very unprofessional nasty attitude with tenants. Also tells lies about the tenants to the owner and other tenants. My advice, if you like the apartment and this company is managing.... GO ELSEWHERE!!!! or Keep the County Magistrates office on speed dial.....
