We hired Becky Filer to help us with the selling our house after a surprise job offering out of state. This was our first time owning and selling a house, Becky was patient and informative in the entire process. Not knowing what to expect, she laid down a plan and gave us advice on the steps needed to prepare the house, that resulted in multiple offers during the first two days of showing. She continued to keep us informed and made sure that the other parties involved also maintained momentum to get the closing contract signed on time. During the entire process, her professionalism, communication and drive to represent us was beyond what we expected. I would recommend her for any of your real estate needs and as a recently retired veteran, I recommend her to any of my fellow military families looking for someone to represent you during your PCS to the area or PCSing out.
